This is a STROKE event and comprises of five events. It is played in October and is open to the players who qualify in each of the following sections at their own club.

The following Terms of the Competition are to be read in conjunction with
CCWGA General Terms of the Competition.
TERMS OF THE COMPETITION – revised June 2024
Open to the player who has won any of the events detailed below, at her Club.
NO SUBSTITUTES ARE ALLOWED.
The competition shall consist of STROKE play. Maximum daily handicap of 45.
All events to be played over 18 holes.
· In the event of a tie in the Division One Championship event, there will be a sudden death play-off over pre-determined holes. (See Appendix 2 in General Terms of the Competition.) In all other events a tie will be determined by count-back.
· Players on Club Handicaps are not eligible to play.
· Caddies are permitted except for professional golfers.
· Motorised transport is permitted. Players are responsible for booking their own carts.
· Entry Fees are to be paid by the players only once by all players entered regardless of the number of events they have qualified for.
· Payment is to be paid by the Club at which the player qualified. In the event a player qualifies in multiple events i.e. 2. Golf NSW and 4. Mabel McKenzie Brooch at different Clubs the Club that the player qualified for in event 2 is the Club that pays the entry fee. (order proceeds as below events 1 to 5).
· Players may win only one trophy per event. Trophies will only be awarded if there are two or more in the divisional category.
1. Club Champion gross winners Divisions 1, 2 & 3
a. Club Champion must have played all rounds of your Club Championship and are the gross divisional winner. A gross prizes per division will be awarded.
2. Veterans Champion gross winners Divisions 1, 2 & 3
a. Veterans Champion must be 50yrs and over. Veterans Champion rounds are nominated by your Club as the Veterans or Seniors Club Championship round.
A gross prize per division will be awarded.
3. Golf NSW Medal Winners nett winners Divisions 1, 2 & 3
a. The winner of the Medal in each division at club level is the player returning the lowest nett aggregate of three (3) scores at the end of the six rounds. The winner of each Division will qualify to play at the GNSW State Final. Players will attend the GNSW State Final at their own cost.

4. Mabel McKenzie Brooch nett winners Divisions 1, 2, 3 over 70s
a. The winner of the Mabel McKenzie Brooch at your Club. Must be a NSW Womens Veterans member. A nett prize per division
5. Club Rookie of the Year nett winner Division OTF - not run until 2025...
a. An entrant into the Club Rookie of the Year must NEVER have held a Golflink Number and GA prior to 1 July in the previous year of the Champions Day. i.e. 1 July 2024 for the 2025 Champions Day (entrants have been playing for approximately 18 months).
b. Each Club can enter one Rookie of their choice into this category.
c. Play will be an 18 hole Stroke competition, one nett winner will be awarded in this event.
